Transportation Services

Calumet County Aging and Disability Resource Center provide non-emergency transportation services to individuals 60 years of age and older and individuals with a disability who reside in Calumet County.

This service is provided to help people remain in their community by providing access to safe and reliable transportation. Services are available to provide assistance to medical, nutrition, shopping, and human services resources. Services are provided both for ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals.

Calumet County – 2023 Specialized Transportation Coordinated Plan Survey 

 Community Member Survey 

Attention all community members! Calumet County and East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission need your input on our survey for specialized transportation coordinated plans. Specialized transportation services in our community include transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities. We want to hear from you about specialized transportation services, whether you’ve used them or not. Your feedback will inform the development of transportation plans that prioritize the needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and others who require specialized support. There are paper versions of the survey available at the Calumet County Aging and Disability Resource Center at 206 Court Street in Chilton.
