Our COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic in Chilton is offering appointments on April 14, 16, and 20. All individuals, age 16 and over, are eligible. Youth, ages 16 and 17, are required to have a parent or guardian with them to sign paperwork and be present during vaccination.
"Receiving the COVID-19 vaccine continues to prove quite effective and safe. It offers significant protection to not just the individual, but to their family, friends, coworkers, and the entire community," advised Bonnie Kolbe, Calumet County Public Health Officer.
Bonnie continued, "Having a large majority of the population vaccinated will decrease the spread of the virus and get us back to socializing and participating in activities without having to take precautions like wearing a mask and keeping one’s distance”.
- Schedule an appointment online.
- All individuals, age 16 and older, are eligible.
- Your second dose in the series will be scheduled at your first appointment.
